Timescales depend on the type, scale and complexity of the structure, so there is no single lead time that applies to every project. The team can discuss current availability as part of your enquiry.
Yes. We travel to meet customers and view their space in person. A site visit allows us to discuss your ideas, understand the garden or property and consider the possibilities for your bespoke project. For customers further afield, we can also begin with a video consultation before arranging the next stage.
